Dear Clients,


Our team are so proud to announce that we obtained a new class of IP addresses from our upstream data center provider. 


As part of the process of obtaining the new IP space, we are required to renumber any servers we have that are on our existing IP space. 


Please take note that servers using following IP Address blocks will be affected.

Current IP range:

42.99.220.0/24
203.116.95.0/24


New IP range:

43.227.231.0/24


Maintenance detail:

We will be responsible for loading the new IPs to our servers and updating any configuration settings on our servers to reflect the new IPs. 


During this process, our server will continue to function on both the old and new IPs. As a result, you and your customers will not experience any operational downtime because of DNS caching.


A) For clients that is using the following CSPL default Name server, example:

ns1.spidertrackers.com.ns2.spidertrackers.com.
ns76.cybersitezone.com.ns77.cybersitezone.com.
ns10.zonecybersite.com.ns11.zonecybersite.com.
pridns.cyber-site.com.sg.secdns.cyber-site.com.sg.


Our team will blast a general news to your hosting account primary contact with new IP detail.

- You just need to flushdns and make sure it resolve to new IP after the maintenance.

- If any of your system/database/applications or email client refer to the server using old IP, please change it to the new IP.


B) For clients that is using third party DNS, example

ns*.wixdns.net.
ns*.domaincontrol.com.
dnssec*.singnet.com.sg.


Our team will drop you a mail via helpdesk separately with new IP detail.

- You need to contact your DNS services provider or personal that have the access to DNS management portal to help you modify the new IP after our maintenance.


- Please perform flushdns and make sure it resolve to new IP after the editing.
